First off, thank you for your order! Seriously, we’re over here doing a happy dance because you’ve chosen BeneCeutical to make your life better. Now, let’s talk about how your precious cargo gets to you.
How the Magic Happens

Step One: The Pack Slip
- Your order details are lovingly sent to our fulfillment facility in Wyoming. (Yes, that Wyoming, home of wide-open spaces and efficient packers.)

Step Two: Packing Party
- Once received, our fulfillment team carefully packs your items like they’re wrapping the last slice of pizza at a family reunion.

Step Three: Tracking Number Glory
- A tracking number is issued and emailed to you, so you can stalk your order like a responsible adult.

Step Four: Into the Great Unknown
- When the package leaves our hands, it enters the custody of the shipping carrier (usually USPS). Here’s where things get a little...mysterious. While we trust them to deliver your package, we can’t promise they won’t detour through Narnia or a black hole on the way to your doorstep.
