Q: Has my order shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an order email confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment*.

*Understand that fulfillment happens Mon-Fri 9am-6pm MTN. Orders received on the weekend or holidays will be sent out the next business day. 

Q: How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking information from BeneCeutical in your email once shipped. 

Q: I received the wrong product. What can I do?

Q: My order never arrived. Help!

Q: An item is missing from my shipment. What can I do?

Q: Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the USA.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You can select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Q: What are your Estimated Shipping Times?

We generally send 2-3 day priority mail via USPS but you will be able to track your package with the shipping information. 

Q: My tracking number isn't working. Help!

If your tracking number isn't working for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@beneceutical.com or give us a call at 727-317-6714 and we will help you find your order or replace it.
